These feelings can be the result of negative experiences  triggered by social media, such as inadequacy about your life or your appearance.

Being social creatures,  people thrive from the companionship of others. Our mental health and happiness in turn, are immensely impacted by the connections that we broker with each other. These connections  can prevent loneliness and provide joy and comfort  also easing stress anxiety and even depression. Total Turnaround

The onset of a pandemic will undoubtedly alter the lives of   all mankind in significant and varied ways. The collective impact is colossal. People across the world will  unfortunately suffer mentally, physically, emotionally and financially. Experiencing difficulties with family, home, work school etc.  Recently reported effects of the pandemic include isolation, loss of income and fear, which  are triggering mental health conditions or exacerbating existing ones. Many people may be facing an increased sense of survival, increased levels of alcohol and drug use, insomnia, and anxiety and depression.

As we try to acclimate ourselves to the rapidly changing circumstances brought about by the current pandemic, it becomes necessary to  consider historical examples in order to gain knowledge and insight.

Research found that the  Spanish flu   (1918 to 1920) had a long term impact on on mental health. The historical  record shows that the pandemic, like world war 1 (another catastrophic global event of that period),took a toll on the emotional resilience of many.  The monumental and sudden loss of life plunged many into a chronic state of helplessness and anxiousness. A large portion of the population had to come to terms with the loss of loved ones. the experience left  others feeling a mix of guilt, anger, confusion, and abandonment.  Many surviving health professionals were noted to have been haunted by a sense of frustration and grief, even years later.

We believe that all human beings possess an intrinsic force to overcome adversity, even in overwhelming circumstances.

The  purpose of this seminar, is to evoke mindset mastery in order to negotiate  a view to more congruent prospects for your  life from a difficult and unfamiliar outlook.
